The hotel had good and friendly staff that tried their best. the room was a good size and clean. the location was in a residential area and close to the metro station, making it easy to get around.
The hotel bar was noisy, and the night receptionist didn't enforce quiet hours. the housekeeping was inconsistent, with missing towels and toilet paper.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast spread was impressive and included a selection of pastries and fruits. The hotel was located in a central area, just a short walk from a metro station and on a quiet street. The courtyard provided a nice space to relax outside.
The soundproofing in the rooms was poor and it was easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. The blankets were not comfortable and the pillows were thin.
